Role Requirements:

???? Email Strategy & Audits – Conduct in-depth audits of client email marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and create actionable roadmaps for success.
???? Data-Driven Insights – Analyze email performance metrics, prepare reports, and translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
???? Delegation & Oversight – Develop strategies and delegate execution to the production team, ensuring flawless implementation while keeping clients’ goals in focus.
???? Performance Optimization – Identify strategic gaps in existing email programs, optimize retention flows, and improve overall email deliverability and engagement.
???? Industry Research & Innovation – Constantly test, evaluate, and implement new tools, automations, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
???? Client Communication & Consulting – Serve as the expert voice in client meetings, confidently presenting insights and recommendations while troubleshooting challenges on the spot.

Non-negotiable Qualifications:

?? Previous Email Marketing Agency Experience – You have previously worked in an email marketing agency, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
?? ? Technical Proficiency – You are highly skilled in Klaviyo and similar platforms like Omnisend, Yotpo, or others. You understand segmentation, automation, deliverability, and advanced campaign optimization techniques. Start message with "777" when applying.
?? Retention Strategy Expertise – You don’t just run email campaigns—you analyze retention reports, identify strategic gaps, and implement solutions that drive long-term customer engagement and revenue growth.
?? Data & Metrics Understanding – You have a deep grasp of key retention metrics like customer cohorts, lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and repeat purchase behavior—and you know how to leverage this data for strategic decision-making.
?? Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving – You can look at an email program, pinpoint weaknesses, and confidently propose high-impact improvements without needing step-by-step guidance.
