Reports to: COO
Role Overview
This role is responsible for building and scaling the hiring engine at AMZ Prep.
You will own sourcing, recruiting, and hiring across key functions including operations, sales, customer success, and engineering.
Your primary goal is to consistently bring in high-quality candidates at speed while building systems that make hiring faster, more predictable, and less dependent on manual work.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This is a high-output recruiting and talent operations role.
You will combine strong recruiting execution with AI and automation to scale hiring across the company.

Build a recruiting engine that:
Consistently delivers high-quality candidates
Enables high daily interview volume
Reduces time to hire across all roles
Uses AI and automation to remove manual work
What You Will Do
Recruiting Execution
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles
Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach to offer
Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
Maintain strong pipelines across priority roles
Talent Pipeline & Outbound
This is a high-output role.
You will be expected to:
Send 200+ outbound messages per week across LinkedIn and
Maintain consistent daily sourcing and outreach activity
Build and manage structured pipelines of qualified candidates
Continuously improve messaging and targeting
Interviewing & Screening
Conduct 5+ candidate calls per day
Quickly assess candidate quality and fit
Identify top performers early in the process
Move strong candidates through the funnel quickly
AI-Driven Recruiting Systems
You will use AI to increase output and reduce manual work.
Use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve sourcing, outreach, and screening
Build simple automations for scheduling, follow-ups, and tracking
Create workflows to summarize interviews and extract insights
Continuously improve efficiency using AI
Process & Operations
Build structured hiring processes across roles
Track and improve funnel conversion rates
Create visibility into pipeline performance
Optimize for speed and quality
HR & People Operations
You will support core HR functions to ensure a strong employee experience.
Build and improve onboarding processes for new hires
Maintain clear documentation for roles, responsibilities, and expectations
Support performance tracking and basic KPI frameworks across teams
Help implement structured review and feedback processes
Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience
Process & Operations
Build structured hiring processes across roles
Track and improve funnel conversion rates
Create visibility into hiring and team performance
Continuously optimize for speed and quality
What You Must Have Done
5+ years of recruiting or talent experience
Experience hiring across multiple functions
Proven ability to run high-volume recruiting pipelines
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Technical Expectations
You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be highly capable with AI tools.
You should be comfortable:
Using AI tools daily to increase output
Building simple automations
Working with ATS and CRM systems
Creating repeatable workflows
