JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Cycle Recruiting — sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing placements.
Technical / Professional Candidate Sourcing — strong experience recruiting engineering, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, IT, and other professional roles.
Client & Candidate Management — able to communicate with hiring managers, understand job requirements, manage candidates through the process, and keep searches moving.

For this role, I would prioritize someone with 5+ years of agency/staffing recruiting experience who can work independently and produce placements.
