Job Description:
B2B Accelerator is looking for a highly capable, results-driven Recruiter & HR Generalist to help us identify, attract, and hire top-tier (“A-player”) talent across multiple industries. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting — we are seeking someone who is AI-forward, highly autonomous, and comfortable owning both talent acquisition and key HR/administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, attract, and hire high-performing candidates (“A-players”) across various roles and industries.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Develop and execute innovative, AI-driven recruiting strategies to improve efficiency and hiring quality.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Handle HR-related tasks including onboarding, documentation, and basic employee management processes.
Support administrative functions related to hiring, contracts, and internal coordination.
Collaborate closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Continuously optimize hiring processes, tools, and workflows.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruiting, ideally across multiple industries or functions.
Strong track record of hiring high-quality candidates.
Familiarity with modern AI tools and a proactive approach to leveraging them in recruitment and HR.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results without constant supervision.
Excellent communication skills and full professional fluency in English.
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
High level of intelligence, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Experience handling HR processes beyond recruitment is a strong plus.
German language skills are a plus (not required).
