We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment processes and support the growth of our company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruitment background who can thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate will have leadership capabilities, excellent interviewing skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies, including AI, to improve our recruitment strategies. This role will require strong communication and account management skills, as you will be engaging with clients to ensure their hiring needs are met. Availability to work late hours or weekends, if required, is essential in this fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage recruitment efforts for multiple roles across different departments, including high-volume positions, while maintaining a busy schedule.
*Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing AI tools and other innovative platforms.
*Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and skills.
*Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
*Act as an account manager, maintaining strong communication with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and ensure we meet their expectations.
*Work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
*Analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes, improve candidate quality, and drive efficiency.
*Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, including AI tools, and continuously improve processes.
*Provide leadership and guidance to junior recruiters, supporting team growth and skill development.
*Engage in frequent meetings, both internally and with candidates, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:
*A strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
*Experience working remotely recently (not only during COVID) is a must!
*Demonstrated ability to lead and work in a team-oriented environment, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
*Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with shifting priorities.
*Availability to work late hours or weekends if needed - a MUST.
*Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and the ability to leverage them to streamline processes.
*Comfortable with having frequent meetings and engaging with a variety of people.
*Being a "people person" is key.
*Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients in an account management capacity.
*Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results.
Bonus: Experience working in a recruitment company or VA agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience in recruiting virtual assistants or remote workers.
*Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and online job boards.
