## What You’ll Be Doing

You will take clear requirements (PRDs) and turn them into:

???? Working AI-powered workflow systems
???? Fast demos for sales
???? Production-ready agent systems

These systems:

* ingest data (CRM, email, APIs)
* move through workflow states
* use AI to make decisions
* trigger actions (messages, updates, follow-ups)
* log everything

## Example Project

Build an AI agent that:

* ingests inbound leads
* qualifies them using AI
* drafts personalized outreach
* updates CRM
* schedules follow-ups
* tracks workflow state end-to-end

## Tech Stack (Required)

You must be strong in:

* **Python (advanced)**
* **FastAPI (or similar)**
* **PostgreSQL / Supabase**
* **Async jobs / task queues**
* **API integrations (CRMs, email, etc)**
* **OpenAI or similar LLM APIs**

## Important: How We Build

Every system is:

???? a workflow with state + logic + AI decision points

? a prompt script

## Nice to Have (Not Required)

* CrewAI (only for multi-agent systems)
* LangGraph
* Experience with workflow engines / state machines
