JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and support junior property managers, and ensure smooth management of our residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. property management practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, operational efficiency, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and support junior property managers to ensure best practices are consistently followed
Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant concerns
Support leasing activities, including coordinating listings, property showings, applicant screening, and lease documentation
Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and handle tenant disputes professionally
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements; support larger renovation projects as needed
Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and property performance strategies
Monitor property financial performance, including budgeting, tracking actuals vs. budget, and recommending strategies to improve financial outcomes

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management
Previous experience leading or supervising a property management team
Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software
Ability to work during U.S. business hours
Can start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer
Personal laptop or desktop computer
Headset and webcam
Stable internet connection
Backup power and internet options
Comfortable using time-tracking tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

COMPENSATION
Salary: Php 70k - 80k
