SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
WordPress & Marketing Agency
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time
Salary: $1,176 USD/month

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Mighty Mo! Design Co. is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager to lead WordPress, website, support, and SEO projects from start to finish.
You’ll keep projects organized, on schedule, on budget, and moving forward while coordinating clients and our development, design, and SEO teams.
We’re looking for someone proactive, highly organized, confident with clients, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and priorities.
- Turn client requests into clear tasks, owners, and deliverables.
- Coordinate developers, designers, SEO specialists, and other team members.
- Communicate with clients through
- Follow up on overdue, blocked, or incomplete work.
- Identify risks, scope changes, and delays early.
- Track project hours, budgets, and progress.
- QA websites and deliverables before they reach clients.
- Keep project-management systems and clients updated.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and team members.
- Confidence leading client calls.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Proactive problem-solving and accountability.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet and dependable availability during working hours.
Strongly preferred: 5+ years of project-management experience, with a background in WordPress, web development, SEO, or marketing agencies, and experience using tools such as ClickUp.
You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable reviewing websites and identifying issues.
