About Moe’s Group
Moe’s Group is a growing skincare manufacturing company specializing in private label and
custom product development. We juggle a lot of moving parts — client projects, formulation,
ingredient sourcing, packaging, internal tasking, timelines, and cross-team communication. As
we scale, we need someone who can bring structure and accountability to how we operate.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the person who owns project management and operations across the entire company.
Right now, our information is scattered across Google Sheets, docs, and duplicate trackers —
your first mission is to consolidate everything into one clean, scalable ClickUp workspace and
make it the single source of truth.
From there, you’ll keep projects moving, identify bottlenecks before they blow up, report on
progress weekly, and continuously improve how our teams work together.
This is not a task-checker role. We want an operator who thinks in systems, takes initiative, and
drives things forward without being micromanaged.
Core Responsibilities
ClickUp System Ownership
• Build and own our ClickUp workspace end to end — folders, lists, statuses, dashboards,
automations, templates, recurring workflows, and views
• Make ClickUp the central source of truth for all operational project management
• Continuously refine the system as the business evolves
Cleanup & Consolidation
• Audit existing Google Sheets, docs, and trackers
• Consolidate scattered info into clean, standardized systems
• Kill duplicate and outdated tracking methods
• Document everything so teams know exactly where to go
Cross-Functional Project Management
• Manage projects across private label production, sourcing, packaging, team
coordination, and internal ops
• Follow up with the right people, chase deadlines, and keep handoffs smooth
• Track blockers, dependencies, and time-sensitive items before they become problems
Weekly Reporting
• Deliver clear weekly updates on project status, priorities, delays, and urgent items
• Build dashboards that give leadership instant visibility into what’s on track, what’s
overdue, and what needs attention
• Flag risks and bottlenecks early
Process Improvement
• Standardize recurring workflows
• Build SOPs, templates, and systems
• Drive a more disciplined project management culture across the company
HubSpot Support (Nice to Have)
• Connect sales handoff, client onboarding, and project kickoff between HubSpot and
ClickUp
What We’re Looking For
Required
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Systems Manager
• Advanced, hands-on ClickUp expertise — you’ve built workspaces from scratch or
significantly rebuilt existing ones
• Track record managing multiple concurrent projects with many stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data cleanup, workflow mapping, and documentation
Preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, skincare, cosmetics, product development, sourcing, or
supply chain
• Familiarity with private label or custom product workflows
• Working knowledge of HubSpot
• Experience building dashboards and operational reporting for leadership
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
• Google Sheets chaos is consolidated into one clear ClickUp system
• Leadership has instant visibility into every active project
• Teams are aligned on deadlines, owners, and priorities
• Weekly reporting is consistent and actually useful
• Time-sensitive issues surface early, not late
• Projects move faster with less confusion
