JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer with a proven track record of scaling lead generation and online sales campaigns, with primary expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITTING SKILLS.

This role is for a strategic manager—not a beginner media buyer. You must have recent, hands-on experience launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns under current platform best practices (Advantage+ structures, creative testing frameworks, conversion tracking, etc.).

Google PPC experience is required as a secondary platform. Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid acquisition channels is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns for lead generation and direct response sales
-Build and optimize campaign structures using modern Meta best practices (Advantage+ campaigns, CBO, broad targeting, creative iteration systems)
-Develop and test ad creatives (graphics and video concepts), ad copy, and hooks aligned with specific offers
-Optimize funnels for performance (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CVR)
-Analyze data daily and make structured optimization decisions
-Set up proper tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom events, UTM tracking
-Build and manage Google PPC campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to support overall acquisition strategy
-Collaborate on offer positioning and landing page optimization
-Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
-Provide clear performance reporting and actionable insights

This role requires someone who understands how to turn cold traffic into leads and customers profitably, not just someone who can “run ads.”

Required Experience
-5+ years running Meta Ads at scale
-Demonstrated experience managing at least $5K–$20K+ USD monthly ad spend
-Proven success scaling campaigns beyond initial testing phase
-Deep understanding of:
-Conversion optimization
-Creative testing frameworks
-Campaign budget optimization (CBO/Advantage+)
-Audience expansion strategies
-Retargeting structures
-Attribution and tracking setup
-Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search required; Display/YouTube preferred)
-Strong analytical skills (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS analysis)
-Experience working with funnels, webinars, info offers, e-commerce, or lead gen businesses preferred
