We are a growing international team working across multiple markets.
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of Google Ads performance, improve lead quality, and help scale campaigns in a sustainable way.
This role is suitable for someone experienced but still hands-on, who enjoys both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
Monitor performance and make continuous improvements
Improve lead quality and reduce cost per conversion
Build and adjust keyword strategies based on intent
Test ad creatives, messaging, and campaign structures
Work with landing pages to improve conversion rates
Ensure proper tracking and data accuracy
Scale campaigns that show consistent results
Support overall performance strategy across the funnel
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Google Ads or performance marketing
Good understanding of campaign optimisation and lead generation
Experience working with campaign data and performance metrics
Familiar with conversion tracking and basic analytics tools
Able to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end
Clear communication and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience managing larger budgets
Knowledge of landing page optimisation (CRO)
Experience with YouTube or video ads
Experience working with international markets
