JOB OVERVIEW

Our agency is expanding and I am looking for a reliable, technical Senior Media Buyer (either strong in Meta Ads or Google Ads) to take over our account optimization. This is a long-term, part-time remote position requiring 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a fixed monthly salary between Php 18,000 and Php 25,000 depending on your technical experience, plus performance bonuses.

We manage B2B SaaS and DTC Shopify brands in the US, UK, and European markets. We don’t do emotional guesswork here; we treat media buying like a science. If your strategy is just letting the algorithm do its thing or blindly accepting auto-recommendations, please skip this post. We need an expert who knows how to spot the exact bottleneck when performance drops.

What you will actually do:
Meta Experts: Focus on auditing creative fatigue, tracking hook/hold rates, and building structured creative testing frameworks.

Google Experts: Focus on GTM accuracy, GA4 event integrity, server-side tracking, and managing PMax/Search bid strategies based on clean data.

Both roles require you to diagnose the data breakdown first and scale budgets later.

Requirements:
3+ years of real agency experience handling US, UK, or Euro clients.

Strong problem-solving attitude. You don't just report problems; you find the breakdown in the funnel and fix it.

Fluent English with clear, direct communication.

How to Apply (No templates, please)
If you are interested, please send an email directly to ---------- with the subject: Senior Buyer - [Your Name] and answer these 2 quick questions:

Briefly tell us about a time you diagnosed a sudden performance drop in a PMax or Meta campaign. What exactly did you check first?

Attach your CV, portfolio with real data, or a brief Loom video.

Let’s get straight to the point. If your data is clean and your logic makes sense, we’ll set up an interview this week.
