We're hiring a senior media buyer to work directly alongside the founder across two very different businesses: a tech education company training the next generation of software engineers and ML professionals, and a 24-hour gym & spa brand in the UK.
This isn't a "set up some campaigns and report on ROAS" role. We need someone who lives this and is very focused/passionate about what they do and incredible at it. Someone who's personally managed $150–200k+/month in Meta ad spend and can talk fluently about every layer of the stack beneath the ad creative.
What that means in practice:
You should be the person who builds the conversion tracking infrastructure from scratch, pixel implementation, server-side event setup via Conversions API, custom event mapping, and proper deduplication. You understand attribution windows deeply enough to make real decisions with imperfect data, not just parrot what the dashboard says.
You know how to structure campaign architecture for scale, CBOs, ASC, creative testing frameworks, dynamic creative strategies and you understand why a campaign that works at £500/day breaks at £2,000/day and how to fix it.
You think in funnels, not just ads. You understand how offer positioning, landing page flow, lead magnets, trial mechanics, and backend nurture sequences all feed the numbers you see in Ads Manager. You can geo-target precisely across different markets (Spain, USA, Latam, UK, global) and adapt strategy accordingly.
You'll own:
-Full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Meta (primary), plus Google/YouTube and TikTok where relevant
-Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking infrastructure across multiple brands and domains
-Creative testing and iteration frameworks, working with designers and copywriters to systematically find winners
-Reporting and analysis that actually drives decisions, not vanity decks
-Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency
-Offer and funnel consultation - you have a seat at the table, not just a media buying brief
Who you are:
-You've managed $150k+/month in ad spend personally (not as part of a 10-person team where you touched one account)
-You can get into Google Tag Manager, Events Manager, and a Shopify/WordPress/custom backend and configure tracking yourself
-You understand LTV, cohort analysis, and blended ROAS, not just in-platfor
-You've worked across different verticals and can context-switch between education/info products and local service businesses
-You're based in or comfortable working with Dubai time zones
-This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position working directly with the founder, who is very technical. If you're the kind of marketer who gets frustrated when companies don't let you touch the tracking setup or test the funnel, this is your role.
