JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to providing life changing
therapy services for children with autism and their families. Our mission is to
expand our reach and connect with more families who need our support. We are looking for
a highly skilled and strategic Paid Media Specialist to lead our client acquisition efforts
through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. If you are a data-driven marketer who
understands the nuances of healthcare advertising and knows how to drive high-intent
leads, we want you on our team.

The Role:
As our Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will take full ownership of our paid advertising
strategy. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads—specifically parents
seeking ABA therapy for their children—while maintaining a strong return on ad spend
(ROAS) and adhering to healthcare advertising compliance. You will not just be an ordertaker;
you will be a strategic partner. We expect you to analyze data, propose new campaign
ideas, and continuously optimize our funnels to ensure we are reaching the right families at
the right time.

What You Will Do:
Your responsibilities will span across campaign strategy, execution, and continuous
optimization. You will design, build, and manage end-to-end Meta Ads and Google Ads
campaigns tailored specifically to the ABA therapy market. This involves conducting deep
keyword research focusing on high-intent search terms (e.g., "ABA therapy near me,"
"autism testing") rather than broad, low-converting terms. On Meta, you will utilize
advanced targeting to reach parents of children with autism based on location, interests,
and life stage.

You will also be responsible for writing compelling, empathetic, and compliant ad copy that
resonates with parents and collaborates with our team to develop engaging visual assets.
Continuously monitoring campaign performance is crucial; you will conduct A/B testing on
ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, adjusting bids and budgets to maximize ROI and
lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Furthermore, you must ensure all campaigns strictly
adhere to Google and Meta’s healthcare advertising policies to prevent account bans or
ad disapprovals. Finally, you will provide weekly and monthly performance reports with
actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic
thinking.

Skill Category Specific Requirements:
Platform Expertise-
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience
managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
with substantial budgets.

Industry Experience:
Previous experience running ads in the
healthcare, ABA therapy, or a pediatric space is
highly preferred. You must understand the
strict compliance rules for medical advertising.

Analytics & Tracking:
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google
Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel setup. You
must know how to accurately track conversions
and attribute leads.

Landing Page Optimization:
Understanding of conversion rate optimization
(CRO) principles and experience advising on
landing page improvements.

Strategic Thinking:
You don't just push buttons; you understand
the "why" behind the campaigns and can
develop a comprehensive marketing funnel.

Communication:
You are an empathetic communicator who
understands our target audience and can
reflect that empathy in ad messaging. Flawless
written and spoken English is required.

Work Ethic:
You are proactive, self-motivated, and data-driven,
making decisions based on numbers
rather than guesses.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with some overlap required during US business hours for tea ---------- etings, but otherwise, the schedule is flexible. This role offers a significant opportunity to grow into a leadership position as our marketing department expands, providing a long-term, stable career with a company, making a real
difference in the world.

How to Apply (Please Read Carefully)
To ensure you have read this entire post and have the attention to detail we require, please
follow these instructions exactly. Applications that do not follow these instructions will be
automatically rejected.

First, use the subject line: "ABA Paid Media Expert - [Your Favorite Color]".

Second, in your cover letter, provide a brief summary of your experience managing Meta
and Google Ads.

Third, include at least two specific examples (case studies or screenshots with sensitive info
blurred) of successful campaigns you have run, ideally in the healthcare or local service
space. Explain the challenge, the strategy you implemented, and the results.

Finally, briefly explain one common pitfall to avoid when running healthcare ads on Google
or Meta.

We look forward to hearing from you!
