JOB OVERVIEW

We are marketing agency seeking an experienced Senior PPC Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, with a strong focus on lead quality, conversion performance, and measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that low-cost clicks and high lead volume are meaningless unless they translate into qualified prospects and real customers.

You take ownership of performance, think beyond surface-level metrics, and continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns with clear intent. You are comfortable working in performance-driven environments where results matter, and you know how to identify opportunities, troubleshoot underperformance, and drive consistent improvements in conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of hands-on PPC experience
Strong expertise in Google Ads (especially Search campaigns)
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
Proven ability to improve lead quality—not just reduce CPC
Comfortable owning performance and being accountable for results
Clear and professional written English communication

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Drive improvements in lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates
Plan and execute structured testing across keywords, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Monitor campaign performance and implement proactive, data-driven optimizations
Analyze results and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT
Generating qualified leads, not just volume
Understanding user intent and filtering out low-quality traffic
Making data-driven decisions and communicating the “why” behind them

NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with service-based businesses
Landing page optimization and/or CRO experience

TO APPLY
Please answer the following:
1.) Campaign Experience
Briefly describe one lead generation campaign you managed (industry, monthly budget, CPL, and results).
2.) Lead Quality Optimization
How do you diagnose and improve poor lead quality in PPC campaigns?
3.) Account Management
How many accounts do you currently manage (or have recently managed), and how do you allocate your time across them?
4.) Technical & Budget Experience
-What is the largest monthly ad budget you have personally managed (in USD)?
-How do you manage negative keywords at scale?
5.) Tools & Process
Do you use Google Ads Editor? If yes, how and how often?

Please include your resume and desired pay (Please ensure your resume link is publicly accessible and does not require permission to view)

Please begin your application with the phrase “I have read and understood the job requirements.” Applications that do not follow this instruction may not be reviewed.

This role will begin with a paid trial period, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term position based on performance.
