Flowvate is recruiting a dedicated Outbound Sales Representative on behalf of a growing accounting firm based in Ottawa, Canada. This role is focused exclusively on outbound prospecting. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying business owners in Ontario and booking discovery calls for the firm’s partners. This is a performance-driven role with hourly compensation plus commission incentives tied directly to results.
Key Responsibilities
Build targeted lead lists using tools such as Google Maps, Apollo, and industry directories. Conduct consistent outbound calls to business owners and decision makers. Qualify prospects based on defined criteria. Schedule discovery calls for the firm’s partners. Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. Conduct follow-up calls as needed. Provide weekly performance reporting. You will not be responsible for closing sales. Your focus is booking qualified appointments.
Qualifications
Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation. Prior cold calling or outbound B2B sales experience is essential. Confident speaking with business owners and decision makers. Comfortable handling objections and rejection. Self-motivated and results-driven. Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional headset. Available to work full-time hours aligned with Eastern Time.
Performance Expectations
This is a structured outbound program with daily activity targets, weekly KPI reviews, and ongoing script refinement. The role requires discipline, consistency, and professionalism.
