GoViral is a performance-driven creative agency for e-commerce brands in the Netherlands, DACH, UK and US.
We build ads that don’t feel like ads, but convert at scale.

We’re a remote team of 16 strategists, editors, creators and operators.
Everything we do is built around quality, speed and ownership.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Operations VA (UGC) who ensures our creator operation runs predictably, cleanly and without fire-fighting.

MISSION OF THE ROLE
Your mission is simple and non-negotiable:
Ensure a fully predictable, reliable and high-quality creator pipeline.

That means:
- Creator slots are filled ahead of time
- Creators deliver on time
- Raw footage meets quality standards before editing
- No strategist, PM or editor is ever blocked because of creators
- You turn complexity into structure and chaos into control.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Pipeline & Reliability
- Own the end-to-end creator pipeline for all clients
- Ensure 100% of creator slots are filled at least 14 days before filming
- Maintain a daily updated 14-day rolling pipeline
- Flag risks immediately and prevent last-minute issues
- If a creator drops ? replacement secured within 24 hours

Creator Communication
- Handle all creator communication
- Respond within 12 hours (including weekends)
- Follow up daily with creators who are filming
- Ensure creators always have scripts, briefings, deadlines and product info

Briefings & Scripts
- Send creator briefings the same day concepts are finalized
- Weekend filming briefings ? before Friday 11 PM CET
- Translate scripts when needed within 24 hours
- Ensure creators fully understand expectations before filming

Footage Quality Control
- Review all raw footage within 24 hours
- Approve or reject footage using GoViral quality guidelines
- Provide clear reshoot instructions with examples
- No footage goes to editors without your approval

Team Coordination
- Coordinate and lead a small creator sourcing team (±3 people)
- Run short daily sourcing check-ins
- Align sourcing output with upcoming filming needs
- Escalate issues early — before they become visible problems

Cost & Accuracy
- Maintain a 100?curate cost sheet
- Update and verify every Friday before 9 PM CET
- Correct automation errors manually when needed
