Role Description
The Senior Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating multimedia content, video production, graphics, web design, and graphic design. Day-to-day tasks include designing and producing visual content for various platforms, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality visual designs across digital and social platforms
* Create engaging motion graphics and animations (Motion Design, 2D character animations, etc.)
* Perform advanced photo retouching and image manipulation
* Integrating AI best practices and workflows into design content.
* Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
* Collaborate with strategists and content teams to produce standout work

Essential Skills & Software Competencies:
* Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Figma, Canva)
* Strong motion design and animation skills
* Expertise in photo retouching and compositing
* A passion for Generative AI with experience on Midjourney, NanoBanana & various GPT's. Bonus for AI motion experience such as Veo, Kling, Runway etc.
* Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Google Workspace
* A solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
* UI & UX Understanding
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Multimedia, Video Production, and Graphics skills
* Experience in Web Design and Graphic Design skills
* Strong understanding of design principles and branding guidelines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
