We’re seeking a Part ---------- -time Senior Motion Designer & Editor to create high-quality, story-driven motion graphics and video content across digital, social, paid media, and broadcast platforms. This is a part-time role for a detail-oriented, technically strong professional who can lead projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the concept, design, and execution of motion graphics and video content
* Edit footage into dynamic, story-driven sequences, integrating rhythm, pacing, and music
* Deliver content across multiple formats and platforms, including broadcast-ready outputs
* Partner with producers to manage the full production lifecycle from raw footage to final delivery
* Ensure all work meets brand, creative, and technical standards
* Collaborate with creative teams and clients, integrating feedback efficiently
* Explore new tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve creative output
* Support creative leadership and contribute positively to studio culture

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Core Tools
* Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, animation, compositing
* Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing, sequencing, finishing
* Adobe Photoshop – image manipulation and asset prep
* Adobe Illustrator – vector artwork, titles, graphic elements

Video & Production Expertise
* End-to-end video production workflows, from raw footage to final output
* Exporting across multiple formats and resolutions
* Audio syncing, pacing, and music-driven editing

Collaboration & Workflow
* Familiarity with project planning and production tools
* Strong feedback integration and digital collaboration skills

AI & Emerging Tools
* Experience using AI-assisted tools for motion design, editing, or workflow efficiency

Nice to Have
* DaVinci Resolve
* 3D motion design workflows
