US based marketing agency specializing in lead generation for local service businesses and real estate investors. We're hiring a dedicated Meta media buyer to take over one active client account (real estate cash-buyer business) with potential to scale to multiple accounts as we grow.
About the account:
Client is a real estate investor buying homes in Northwest Florida
Target audience: motivated sellers (inherited property, tired landlords, distressed situations, relocations)
Current challenge: lead quality — too many retail-minded sellers, not enough motivated ones
Need someone who understands motivated seller acquisition, NOT generic real estate lead gen
What you'll own:
Campaign strategy and structure rebuild
Audience research and testing (life events, behavioral targeting, geo-based signals)
Lead form optimization and qualifier logic
Weekly performance reporting with clear next tests
Monthly strategy review with agency owner
Requirements:
3+ years managing Meta ad accounts with minimum $5K/month spend
Proven experience in real estate, cash home buyer, motivated seller, or investor lead gen niches (STRONGLY preferred)
Comfortable with lead-gen funnels, not ecom or brand awareness
Excellent written English and communication
Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus
Rate: Open — bid your rate. We value quality over cheap.
Hours: ~10-15 hrs/week to start, more as we scale
