JOB OVERVIEW

Weekly Payouts | 100% Remote | Scale $50k–$100k+/Day

We are a rapidly scaling, 8-figure direct-to-consumer health & wellness brand looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Meta Media Buyer / Growth Operator to scale our paid acquisition profitably.

This is not a mid-level or button-pushing media buying gig. We are hiring a true Performance Operator who has personally deployed massive capital on Meta for high-volume Shopify brands, understands the full direct-response acquisition machine, and knows how to break through revenue plateaus.

MUST-HAVES (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven track record personally managing $50,000 to $100,000+ PER DAY in Meta ad spend.
- Verifiable results scaling health, wellness, supplements, fitness, or beauty DTC brands.
- Deep experience with high-volume e-commerce infrastructure, rapid cash cycles, and subscription economics.
- Must be able to demonstrate previous accounts scaled, spend volume, and profitable return metrics (confidential info can be redacted).

The Role: You’re a Growth Operator, Not Just a Buyer
You don’t just tweak budgets and toggle ads on/off. You understand how every gear of the funnel impacts the P&L:

- Master of MER, Blended ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, Contribution Margin, and 30/60/90-day LTV.
- You can look at an account and immediately pinpoint the bottleneck:
- Is CAC climbing due to creative fatigue or poor audience penetration?
- Is the offer underperforming or is the landing page hurting CVR?
- Is spend misallocated across cold vs. warm testing?
- Which customer avatars or hooks are underserved?
- Continuous optimization across advertorials, landing pages, listicles, and checkout flows with accurate multi-touch attribution modeling.
- Creative-First Acquisition Machine
- Creative is the single biggest targeting lever on Meta. You will bridge the gap between performance analytics and creative production to build a repeatable system that consistently produces winners:
- Translate hard ad metrics into actionable creative briefs for internal editors and copywriters.
- Direct and scale UGC, problem/solution angles, founder stories, advertorials, and static direct-response assets.
- Implement disciplined testing frameworks to scale winning hooks, iterate variations, and stave off creative fatigue before performance dips.

DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You have never personally managed at least $50k/day on Meta.
- You are an agency, broker, or managing a roster of 10+ clients.
- You rely on manual audience hacks instead of creative-driven scale.
- You do not have direct DTC / Shopify brand experience.
- You cannot read and diagnose a full e-commerce P&L and funnel.

How to Apply
- Submit Your Application: ----------
- Initial Screening
- Paid Growth Assessment (We respect and pay for your time)
- Final Interview with the CEO
