JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing DTC health & wellness supplement brand on Shopify. Meta is our primary paid channel and we're scaling aggressively — new creative tested daily, real budget behind it. We already have a creative machine producing a fresh ad batch every single day. What we need now is a media buyer who can take the wheel on the ad account completely so the founder can step out of day-to-day buying.

What You'll Own (this is a real seat, not a button-pusher role)

Full day-to-day management of our Meta ad account — testing, scaling, and killing
Running our ABO testing campaign (one ad set per daily creative batch) and graduating winners into scaling campaigns
Vertical + horizontal scaling: pushing budget on winners, iterating the ads that earn it, keeping ROAS stable as spend climbs
Daily account health: budget allocation, killing bleeders on trend (not panic), protecting top-spending feeder ads
Reading clickbased / incremental data and new-customer acquisition — not just blended ROAS
Feeding learnings back to the creative team: what angles, avatars, and formats Meta is rewarding
You MUST Have

Proven experience managing Meta accounts spending $20,000+/day (ideally more). This is a hard requirement — we will ask for proof.
A track record of scaling accounts, not just maintaining them — real before/after numbers
Deep understanding of the learning phase, scaling protocol (48–72h over target ? scale), CBO/ASC, and why accounts tank when you scale wrong
Fluency in soft metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, cost-per-ATC, frequency) and attribution windows
Excellent written English and the discipline to check the account daily without being told
Nice to Have

DTC health / supplement experience
Experience with promo/sale campaign structures for peak periods
Familiarity with creative strategy (you don't have to write ads, but you should know a good one when you see it)
How to Apply — read carefully, this filters out 90% of applicants

Put "I SCALE PAST THE WALL" as the first line of your application. Applications without it get deleted unread.
Send the highest daily ad spend you've personally managed, and on what kind of brand/vertical.
Send at least one specific before/after result with real numbers — e.g. "Took Brand X from $3k/day at 1.8 ROAS to $18k/day at 2.4 ROAS over 6 weeks." Vague claims ("I'm great at scaling") get rejected.
Attach 1–2 screenshots of ad accounts you've managed (blur out brand names / sensitive info — I just want to see real spend and performance).
In 2–3 sentences: an account was hitting target ROAS for 3 days straight — walk me through exactly what you'd do next.
Serious, experienced buyers only. If you've genuinely run $20k+/day, this is a long-term seat with room to grow as we scale.
