JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an 8-figure, fast-growing DTC health & wellness brand looking for an experienced Senior Meta Media Buyer / Growth Operator to help us scale paid acquisition profitably.

This is not a beginner or mid-level media buying role.

We’re looking for someone who has personally managed significant Meta ad spend for DTC Shopify brands and understands how to operate at scale.

>>>MUST HAVE:
- Experience managing 50,000–100,000+ per day in Meta ad spend
- Proven experience scaling fitness, health, beauty, supplement, or wellness brands
- Experience working with high-volume DTC / Shopify businesses
- Ability to show examples of accounts you have scaled and the results you achieved

We want someone who understands that media buying is much more than adjusting budgets and turning ads on and off.

>>You should understand the entire paid acquisition system, including:
- Creative strategy and testing
- Customer avatars and messaging angles
- Offer testing
- Campaign structure
- Scaling strategy
- Budget allocation
- Creative fatigue management
- CPA / CAC
- MER / blended ROAS
- AOV
- CVR
- LTV and subscription economics
- Contribution margin and profitability
- Funnel performance
- Landing page performance
- Attribution and reporting

>>>What We're Looking For:
We want a “Performance Operator”, not someone who simply manages campaigns.
You should be able to look at an account and determine what is actually limiting growth.
>>For example:
1. Is creative the bottleneck?
2. Is CAC increasing because creative is fatigued?
3. Is the offer weak?
4. Is the landing page hurting conversion?
5. Are we allocating spend incorrectly?
6. Do we need more creative volume?
7. Are certain avatars, hooks, or angles being underutilized?
You should be able to identify these problems, explain them clearly, and recommend solutions.

“Creative Is a Major Part of This Role”
We believe creative is one of the biggest drivers of scale on Meta.

You will work closely with our internal creative team to build a consistent feedback loop between media buying and creative production.

>>>You should understand:
- Direct-response creative
- UGC
- Advertorial-style creative
- Problem/solution angles
- Customer avatars
- Hooks and messaging
- Creative iterations
- Winning-ad variations
- Creative fatigue
- Creative testing framework’s
- How to turn performance data into actionable creative briefs

The goal is not simply to find winning ads.

The goal is to build a “repeatable system for continuously producing new winners”.

“How to Apply”
Step 1: Fill-out the application form
----------
Step 2: Initial Screening
Step 3: Paid Test
Step 4: Final Interview with the CEO.
