We’re looking for a high-level Meta & Google Ads specialist to manage campaigns for home improvement clients (bathrooms, solar, insulation, flooring, etc).
This is not for beginners — we need someone who understands how to generate qualified homeowner enquiries and booked appointments, not just cheap leads.
You will be responsible for both the ad performance and the systems behind it.
???? Responsibilities
Set up and manage Meta
Generate high-quality leads for home improvement companies
Build and optimise funnels focused on booked appointments
Make killer landing pages
Set up and manage automations (CRM, follow-up, lead handling)
Work within systems like GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
Improve lead quality, not just cost per lead
Monitor performance and optimise campaigns weekly
Report clearly on results and next steps
? Requirements
Proven experience running Meta & Google Ads for home improvement companies
Strong understanding of lead generation for high-ticket services
Experience with CRMs and automation systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
Ability to identify and fix performance issues quickly
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts
Clear communicator and reliable with deadlines

Strong understanding of lead qualification and booking systems
