JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based life insurance lead generation company looking for a highly experienced Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Media Buyer to manage and scale paid campaigns.

This role is focused specifically on lead generation for final expense, mortgage protection, and life insurance products. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that produce consistent, compliant, high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:
• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for lead generation
• Build campaign structures (CBO/ABO), ad sets, and creative testing frameworks
• Monitor CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance
• Work with funnels, landing pages, and CRM integrations (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Ensure ads meet Meta and financial/insurance compliance standards
• Provide weekly performance updates and recommendations

Requirements:
• 5+ years running Meta ads
• Strong English communication (written + verbal)
• Proven experience in lead generation (insurance preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
• Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, and performance optimization
• Experience working with U.S. markets
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
