JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proven Media Buyer with real experience in scaling Meta Ads for e-commerce.

This is not an entry-level role.

We operate a fast-growing dropshipping business where we test and scale multiple products across multiple markets, currently managing €250,000+ per month in ad spend.

We move fast, make decisions based on data, and aggressively scale what works.

If you thrive in a high-performance, results-driven environment and know how to turn data into profit, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and scaling Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns across multiple markets

- Making daily decisions on scaling, killing, and optimizing ads

- Identifying winning creatives and scaling them aggressively

- Monitoring performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPM

- Collaborating closely with the creative and strategy teams

- Continuously testing new angles, creatives, and audiences

Requirements (Important – Read Carefully)

We are only looking for candidates who:

- Have proven experience scaling Meta Ads for e-commerce or dropshipping

- Have managed at least $200,000+ per month in ad spend (or had similar responsibility within a larger account)

- Understand how to scale winning campaigns profitably (not just run ads)

- Have experience managing multiple campaigns or products at the same time

- Can clearly explain their decision-making process based on data

- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Are available around midnight UK time

- Can work Monday to Saturday

Not a Fit If You

- Only managed small budgets (below $150,000/month)

- Cannot show proof of real scaling experience

- Have only theoretical knowledge

- Prefer slow or highly structured corporate environments

What We Offer

- A long-term position in a fast-growing e-commerce company

- Opportunity to manage €250,000+ monthly ad spend across multiple markets

- Direct collaboration with experienced founders and a strong team

- A performance-driven environment with real growth opportunities

- Competitive salary based on experience

How to Apply (Mandatory)

To be considered, you must include the following:

- A brief introduction about yourself

- Your experience with Meta Ads, including:

Monthly ad spend managed

Example results (ROAS / CPA)

A Loom video (2–5 minutes) explaining:

A campaign you scaled

What you did and why

Screenshots or proof of results (if available)

* Applications without this information will not be considered.

Final Note

We are building a serious team focused on scaling winning products.

If you are confident in your skills and want to grow fast, we would love to hear from you.

* Start your application with the word “Scale” so we know you read everything.
