**About us**
Genexa Scaling gets patients for US regenerative medicine clinics (stem cell, PRP, exosomes). We run Meta ads, book patients into free in-person consults, and get paid when the clinics grow. We have 17 clinics now and are scaling to 30+ by early 2027.
We don't want someone to "manage ads". We want someone to own patient results across every account.
**What you'll do**
- Own Meta ads across 15–30 clinic ad accounts: launches, testing, scaling, killing.
- Run a weekly creative testing system with our UGC creators: hooks, angles, briefs and iterations.
- Optimise for patients who actually show up at the clinic, not cheap leads.
- Spot creative fatigue before it hits results, and fix it.
- Post a short daily update in Slack: spend, leads, bookings, shows, and what you changed.
**Must have**
- 2+ years running Meta lead gen for healthcare or wellness: med spa, dental, TRT, weight loss, chiro, regenerative medicine or similar.
- You have managed $30k+/month in total ad spend.
- You know Meta's health and wellness ad restrictions and how to run profitably inside them.
- You think in creative, not just audiences and budgets.
- Available at least 4 hours a day overlapping US Eastern business hours.
- Strong written English.
**Nice to have**
- Experience with GoHighLevel and conversions API (CAPI) setups.
- You've worked with UGC creators or written ad scripts yourself.
**Pay**
- $2,000–$2,500/month base, depending on experience.
- Monthly performance bonus tied to cost per show across all accounts.
- Paid 14-day trial on 2 live accounts before full hire.
- Long-term, full-time role. We're growing fast and want someone for years.
**How to apply (applications without ALL of these will be ignored)**
1. Start your application with the word "PATIENTS".
2. Send a Loom video (max 5 minutes) walking through a healthcare ad account you managed: spend, results and what you changed to improve it. Blur client names if you need to.
3. Answer these in writing:
- What changed in Meta's restrictions for health and wellness advertisers, and how do you still get good results?
- A clinic has a $29 cost per lead, 28% of leads book, and 18% of bookings show up. What do you look at first, and what do you change?
- What's the biggest monthly spend you've managed in healthcare, and what was your best result?
