JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer who can manage, test and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for international e-commerce stores.

This position combines media buying with creative strategy. You must understand how to build profitable campaign structures and how to use AI to produce and test advertising concepts, ad sets, hooks, copy and creative variations at scale.

This is not a junior position. You must have demonstrable experience with e-commerce stores generating at least €5,000 to €10,000 in daily revenue.

Your Responsibilities

- Build, manage and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Create and optimize campaigns, ad sets and advertisements
- Work with Advantage+ campaigns and manual campaign structures
- Develop structured creative-testing strategies
- Analyse performance by campaign, ad set, advertisement, angle and creative
- Identify creative fatigue and launch new variations before performance declines
- Develop new hooks, concepts, angles, offers and customer personas
- Use AI to create advertising concepts and creative variations
- Generate AI-assisted images, videos, scripts, voice-overs and advertising copy
- Adapt creatives for Facebook Feed, Instagram Feed, Stories and Reels
- Create localized advertising variations for different countries
- Write briefs for video editors, designers and UGC creators
- Monitor ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM and conversion rates
- Scale profitable campaigns without losing control of acquisition costs
- Check Pixel, Conversion API and event-tracking quality
- Provide clear weekly reports with actions, findings and next steps
- Cooperate with our Google Ads media buyer, webshop team and management

AI Creative Requirements

You must be able to use AI as part of a structured advertising workflow.

This includes:

- Generating multiple hooks and marketing angles
- Turning product information and customer reviews into ad concepts
- Creating variations of winning creatives
- Developing UGC scripts and storyboards
- Generating or editing images and short-form videos
- Producing different headlines, primary texts and calls to action
- Localizing creatives for different markets and languages
- Testing AI-generated concepts against human-created concepts
- Recognizing low-quality AI output and correcting it before publication

Simply knowing how to use ChatGPT is not enough. You must understand direct-response advertising and know why a creative should convert.

Required Experience

You must have:

- Proven Meta Ads experience with e-commerce or Shopify stores
- Experience with stores generating at least €5,000 to €10,000 per day
- Experience managing significant monthly Meta advertising budgets
- Experience scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong knowledge of creative testing and creative iteration
- Experience with Advantage+ and manual campaign structures
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API and attribution
- Experience using AI within the creative production process
- A strong understanding of customer psychology and direct-response marketing
- Good written and spoken English
- The ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Experience with international stores, multiple countries and multiple languages is a major advantage.

Evidence Required

We will only consider candidates who can demonstrate their experience.

You must be prepared to show:

- The approximate daily revenue of stores you worked with
- The monthly Meta Ads budget you personally managed
- The countries and product categories you worked with
- Your achieved ROAS, MER, CPA or CAC
- How long you managed these accounts
- Examples of advertising concepts or creatives you developed
- An anonymized screenshot, Loom explanation or live screenshare
- A clear explanation of what you personally contributed

Agency experience only counts when you can clearly explain which work you personally performed.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who:

- Understands that creative quality drives Meta performance
- Tests new ideas systematically
- Does not endlessly duplicate campaigns without a clear strategy
- Can separate actual insights from random short-term fluctuations
- Makes decisions based on profitability, not vanity metrics
- Takes ownership of results
- Communicates problems before they become expensive
- Can produce creative ideas without waiting for detailed instructions
- Uses AI to increase speed and output without sacrificing quality

Performance Indicators

Your performance will be assessed using:

- Profitable revenue growth
- MER and blended ROAS
- New customer acquisition costs
- Volume and quality of creative testing
- Percentage of creatives that become profitable
- Ability to identify and scale winning angles
- Speed of replacing fatigued creatives
- Tracking accuracy
- Quality of reporting and communication

Working Arrangement

- Long-term position
- Part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability
- Remote work
- Flexible working hours, with agreed reporting and communication moments
- Compensation based on demonstrable experience and previous results
- A paid audit or test assignment may be part of the selection process

How to Apply

Start your application with the name of your favorite vegetable. Applications that do not follow this instruction will not be considered.

Then answer the following questions:

1. How many years of Meta Ads experience do you have?
2. What was the highest monthly Meta Ads budget you personally managed?
3. What was the average daily revenue of that webshop?
4. Which countries and product categories have you worked with?
5. What ROAS, MER, CPA or CAC targets did you work with?
6. Describe your complete creative-testing process.
7. How many new creative concepts and variations would you normally test each week?
8. Which AI tools do you use, and exactly how do you use them?
9. Explain the difference between a new creative concept and a variation of an existing creative.
10. When would you choose Advantage+ instead of a manual campaign structure?
11. Describe one Meta campaign that stopped performing and how you responded.
12. Are you willing to complete a paid audit or test assignment?
13. How many hours per week are you available?
14. What is your expected hourly rate?

Please include one example of an advertising angle you would test for an ordinary consumer product. Explain the target audience, hook and reason why it could work.

Generic or AI-generated applications without specific examples will be rejected.
