We support a wide range of businesses — from creative agencies to e-commerce — with expert guidance designed to turn financial complexity into lasting success.

We’re hiring a full-time Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns for our agency clients in the wealth management and insurance space. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own the full ad lifecycle—from strategy to execution—including copywriting and creative production.

Responsibilities:

Build, launch, and optimize Meta Lead Generation campaigns (Instant Forms and/or landing page lead funnels)
Write high-performing ad copy (hooks, primary text, headlines, descriptions)
Write and improve landing page copy to increase conversion rates
Create or coordinate ad creatives (static images, simple motion/video, variations for testing)
Set up campaign structure, audiences, and testing plans (A/B testing, creative testing, offers)
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations (budget shifts, creative rotation, audience tweaks)
Track key metrics (CPL, CPR, CVR, lead quality) and report results clearly
Collaborate with the team to improve offer positioning and messaging for financial services clients
Maintain strong organization across accounts, naming conventions, and documentation

Required Experience & Skills

Should be willing to work in EST working hrs
Proven experience running Meta Lead Gen Ads (preferably in services-based businesses)
Strong copywriting ability for ads + landing pages
Ability to design ad creatives (Canva/Adobe/Figma or equivalent) with clean, professional taste
Strong understanding of testing and optimization (creative fatigue, scaling, audience segmentation)
Comfortable working with performance metrics and communicating insights clearly
High attention to detail and ability to execute consistently
Experience in wealth management, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
Understanding of compliance-friendly messaging and offer positioning
Basic tracking knowledge (Pixel/CAPI, UTM structure, conversion events)
Experience improving lead quality (form optimization, qualifying questions, follow-up alignment)
