About Sparkblaze Digital

Sparkblaze Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to helping startups and growing businesses
ignite growth with innovative, results-driven strategies. Our team builds and manages data-driven campaigns —
from paid advertising and SEO to landing pages and conversion rate optimization — that generate measurable
ROI for our clients.

We work across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, finance, real estate, home
services, and local businesses, helping each one scale smarter and grow faster with tailored strategies. We are a
fully remote team transitioning to a hybrid and face to face set-up, and we are looking for a seasoned media buyer
to own and scale the paid campaigns behind our clients' growth.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and
Meta Ads for our agency clients. You will own campaign performance from strategy to reporting, guide junior
media buyers, and be a trusted voice to clients on how to scale profitably.
Your responsibilities may include:

● Planning, building, and managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns across multiple client accounts.
● Owning campaign performance against client KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and lead quality, and
making data-driven decisions on budget allocation and scaling.
● Developing account strategies, audience structures, and testing roadmaps for creative, copy, offers, and
landing pages.
● Monitoring campaigns daily and optimizing bids, budgets, targeting, and placements to maximize results
and prevent wasted spend.
● Setting up and auditing conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API)
to ensure accurate attribution.
● Working with the creative and landing page teams to brief ad creatives and improve conversion rates
through CRO best practices.
● Preparing clear weekly and monthly performance reports, and presenting insights and next steps to
clients.
● Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior media buyers and virtual assistants, and helping build the
team's standard operating procedures.
● Staying on top of platform updates, ad policy changes, and industry trends, and applying them to client
accounts.
● Collaborating with account managers, SEO, and web teams to keep campaigns aligned with each client's
overall growth goals.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a results-driven, analytical, and accountable media buyer who has managed real ad budgets
and knows how to turn data into growth. You should be comfortable owning client accounts, communicating
clearly, and leading by example in a fast-paced agency environment.
You should have:

● At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads —
agency experience handling multiple clients and industries is a strong plus.
● Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably for e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B/SaaS
accounts, with results you can walk us through.
● Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and conversion tracking
setup.
● Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets and making sound budget allocation decisions.
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read data, spot trends, and translate numbers into clear
recommendations.
● Familiarity with landing pages, funnels, and CRO principles; experience with other platforms (LinkedIn,
TikTok, Microsoft Ads) is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including client-facing reporting and
presentations.
● Comfort using project management tools and CRMs (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, HubSpot).
● Willingness to work flexible hours to align with clients or team members in different time zones.
● Someone who has a stable and reliable internet connection.
● Who has a working, well-conditioned device (laptop or desktop).
● Backup devices available to ensure uninterrupted workflow in case of emergency.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for A-players — individuals who are hungry, curious, and take full ownership of their results.
● Results-Driven: Cares about ROAS, CPA, and revenue for clients, not just clicks and impressions.
● Analytical: Digs into the data to find what's working, what's not, and why.
● Accountable: Owns wins and misses alike, and follows through without needing to be chased.
● Proactive: Anticipates problems, spots opportunities, and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told
what to do.
● Coachable: Takes feedback well and continuously improves their craft.
● A Strong Communicator: Explains performance and strategy clearly to clients and teammates alike.
● A Natural Leader: Guides and uplifts junior team members and raises the standard for the whole team.
● Curious & Growth-Oriented: Always testing, learning, and keeping up with the latest in paid media.
Why Join Sparkblaze Digital
● Ownership & Impact: Lead high-value client accounts and see the direct results of your strategies.
● Diverse Client Portfolio: Work across e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, finance, and local businesses to sharpen
your expertise.
● Career Growth: A clear pathway to leadership roles such as Paid Media Lead, Head of Performance, or
Account Strategist.
● Supportive Environment: A skill-focused, collaborative work setup built for driven performers.

If you're a data-driven media buyer who's ready to take ownership of client growth and lead alongside a fast
paced digital marketing team — we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and take the next step in your media buying career with Sparkblaze Digital.
