Google Ads & Meta Ads

Second Screen Digital is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Senior Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.

This role requires more than launching campaigns and producing reports. We need someone who understands how to diagnose performance, identify opportunities, make informed optimization decisions, and take ownership of results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing campaigns across multiple clients and industries.

Candidates must have advanced experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign strategy, account structure, budget management, conversion tracking, attribution, and UTM implementation.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute paid-media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns based on each client’s objectives, audience, budget, and performance targets.
* Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
* Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, catalog, lead-generation, and conversion campaigns.
* Monitor accounts regularly and identify performance issues, budget concerns, tracking problems, and optimization opportunities.
* Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, MER, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, impression share, and customer acquisition cost.
