Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a SHARK – someone who’s Strategic, Hungry, Attentive, Results-focused, and Killer at driving profitable growth through paid media. You should bring both hands-on execution skills and strategic thinking to scale brands profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimize ad campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, providing data-backed insights to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and overall profitability.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to ensure ad assets are performance-driven and aligned with client goals.
Create clear and compelling Creative Briefs – capable of outlining a visual scenario of ads to guide designers and video editors effectively.
Conduct audience research, A/B tests, and funnel optimization to maximize results.
Identify scaling opportunities, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and implement winning strategies.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
2–4 years of proven experience managing and scaling Linkedin, Google & Meta ad campaigns, ideally in the e-commerce space.
A strong grasp of media buying principles: testing, retargeting, funnel building, scaling strategies.
Analytical mindset – confident interpreting data to make smart, profitable decisions.
Strong ability to translate strategy into creative direction through briefs and visual ad concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – we work fast, lean, and as a team.
Comfort with tools like Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
