The Role in a Nutshell
This is not a copy-and-paste role. I am looking for a resourceful, technically fearless Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant to own the execution of my marketing and operations. I am a luxury real estate agent specializing in Park City, Utah—a high-stakes, highly specific investment market serving high-net-worth clients relocating from the Bay Area, LA, and NYC.
You will not be micromanaged. Instead, you will be given access to world-class coaching resources, templates, and tools. Your job is to be the "Quarterback"—taking those resources, adapting them for a sophisticated, data-aware audience, and turning them into polished content, engaging social media, and efficient systems.
The Philosophy: Ownership over Instructions
* Self-Directed Learner: If a tool is new to you, that's on you to figure out—using AI, YouTube, and whatever else it takes to get up to speed on your own time. The expectation is that you are resourceful enough to reduce your own learning curve. If you need to be told what to do every step of the way, this is not the right fit.
* High Standards: You understand that "good enough" doesn't work for $5M+ listings. You have an eye for luxury aesthetics, a creative mindset, and a commitment to accuracy across all marketing materials.
* Proactive & Professional: You are highly organized, consistently meet deadlines, flag issues, surface ideas, and communicate proactively without being prompted.
Core Responsibilities
* The Resource Orchestrator: Dive into my top-tier real estate coaching platforms to extract relevant strategies and templates. You will "team up" with these resources to execute a world-class marketing strategy.
* Social Media Management: Create high-quality, engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram,
*
* AI-Assisted Blogging: Write, format, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts directly to WordPress using AI tools and Make.com automations. The goal is original-feeling insight, not "bot-generated" output.
* Web Management: Maintain and update content on a Squarespace website, including landing pages, listings, and other web assets as needed.
* Asset & CRM Management: Act as the digital librarian for our Dropbox (managing high-res photos and 4K video) and assist in the setup and optimization of our CRM to ensure leads are tagged and followed up with.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement across platforms using analytics tools, distilling the data into actionable insights to guide our strategy.
* Market Intelligence: Proactively research Park City market trends, seasonal rhythms, and luxury developments. This isn't knowledge I will hand you; it's research you will do and bring back.
Required Technical Qualifications
* Proven Experience: Background as a VA, Marketing Assistant, or similar role in a real estate setting, with specific responsibility for social media management, content creation, and performance tracking.
* Design & Video: Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) and the ability to edit long-form video into high-quality, short-form reels/snippets.
* Scheduling & Analytics: Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) and native platform analytics.
* Web CMS Knowledge: Comfortable in WordPress (publishing/formatting) and Squarespace (page management).
* AI Sophistication: Proven ability to use ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney in a sophisticated way—adapting outputs meaningfully rather than posting raw generations.
* Automation Familiarity: Experience building or managing Make.com workflows for content automation.
* Executive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of SEO basics and white-glove client standards.
* Availability: Available to work primarily during Mountain Time business hours.
Preferred Skills
* Previous experience working directly within a real estate company’s marketing department.
* Deep knowledge of current social media trends, particularly for real estate and luxury marketing.
* Familiarity with both digital and print marketing best practices for real estate.
