We are now looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to build and lead a high-performance marketing engine aligned directly to revenue growth.
The Role
This is a strategic and execution-focused marketing leadership role.
You will take ownership of marketing across multiple vertical markets, ensuring strong positioning, targeted campaigns, vendor alignment, and measurable pipeline generation.
This is not a passive brand role. It is a commercially accountable position tied directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Vertical Alignment
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across healthcare, corrections, warehousing, government, and enterprise segments
- Build vertical-specific messaging aligned to industry pain points
- Align marketing activity with vendor objectives and MDF programs
- Translate business strategy into structured quarterly marketing plans
Campaign & Pipeline Generation
- Design and execute integrated campaigns to drive qualified leads
- Develop targeted campaigns for specific industry segments
- Support sales with structured lead nurturing and follow-up processes
- Track pipeline contribution and ROI from marketing initiatives
Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop compelling content tailored to C-level executives, ICT leaders, operational managers, and compliance stakeholders
- Create whitepapers, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, landing pages, and sales enablement tools
- Simplify complex technology into clear business outcomes
Events & Industry Engagement
- Plan and execute vertical-focused events, roadshows, and partner briefings
- Coordinate vendor participation and co-marketing initiatives
- Ensure strong pre-event promotion and structured post-event follow-up
Digital & Automation
- Own CRM and marketing automation execution
- Develop structured
- Manage LinkedIn and targeted digital campaigns
- Provide clear performance reporting and recommendations
Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen brand presence across all sectors
- Ensure consistent messaging across website, presentations, and collateral
- Identify opportunities for PR, case studies, and industry exposure
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years IT marketing experience
- Experience marketing into complex industries such as healthcare, government, logistics, or critical infrastructure
- Proven track record in campaign-driven pipeline growth
- Experience working with vendors, channel partners, and MDF programs
Skills
- Strong commercial mindset
- Excellent copywriting and positioning capability
- Ability to manage multiple vertical campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven and comfortable reporting on metrics and ROI
