Marketing Manager – Supporting Strategy and Driving Campaign Excellence at Van Haven

Location: Van Haven, UK

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (initial freelance/gig arrangement with potential for full-time transition)

To help us deliver on our ambitious vision, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join us on a freelance or gig basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role – potentially immediately if the fit is right. In this pivotal role, you’ll help the Head of Marketing execute campaigns, manage operations, and ensure our marketing efforts are world-class. What You’ll Be Doing

This role combines campaign management, influencer coordination, and operational organisation to ensure Van Haven’s marketing machine runs seamlessly.

Campaign organisation and delivery

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to help plan and execute campaigns across paid platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. Coordinate all aspects of campaigns, ensuring they are organised and ready for handover to the Events Marketer. Manage campaign workflows using Microsoft Planner, building and maintaining detailed Gantt charts and content schedules aligned with Van Haven’s 2026 marketing plan. Manage influencer campaigns, including drafting outreach letters, creating influencer contracts, and ensuring smooth collaboration with brand ambassadors.

Supporting the Head of Marketing

Be the go-to person to ensure day-to-day marketing operations run seamlessly, freeing up the Head of Marketing to focus on big-picture strategies. Take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on time. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep campaigns and projects moving forward efficiently.

Content and branding excellence

Ensure all campaign assets adhere to Van Haven’s strict brand guidelines, which include avatars, tone, and visual standards. Support content creation by coordinating with creative teams and ensuring all assets are optimised for Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms. Maintain a high standard of quality across all marketing activities, ensuring consistency with Van Haven’s luxury brand identity.

Influencer and partnership management

Draft and send well-crafted letters to influencers and potential partners, building positive relationships and fostering trust. Manage influencer contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Oversee influencer campaign tracking, ensuring performance aligns with campaign objectives and delivers measurable results.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Manager who thrives on making things happen. You’ll need to bring a combination of technical expertise, creative input, and operational skills to keep campaigns on track and deliver results.

Skills and experience

Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to create and manage workflows using Microsoft Planner while maintaining detailed content schedules. Experience drafting professional communications, including influencer outreach letters and contracts. Familiarity with HubSpot for marketing automation, lead tracking, and campaign management is a plus. A deep understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across all marketing efforts. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
