Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to own and scale our marketing systems across multiple sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, takes full ownership of metrics, and enjoys building processes from the ground up. You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in improving conversion, reviews, and customer engagement across our platforms.
Key Success Metrics
You will be responsible for improving:
- Organic review rate: 1.1% ? 4.4%
- DTC conversion rate: 0.36% ? 1.0%
- Campaigns launched on time: 95%+

- Search visibility on Google, Amazon, and Nordstrom
Primary Responsibilities
1. Review & Reputation Management
- Design and manage the review request system for DTC and Amazon
- Track performance and continuously optimize results

- Own Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows
- Build lifecycle sequences (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, VIP)
- Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization
3. Listings, SEO & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and Nordstrom
- Improve keyword rankings and organic visibility
- Identify and resolve conversion barriers
4. Marketing Operations
- Manage the master marketing calendar
- Coordinate assets, approvals, and timelines
- Ensure on-time and high-quality campaign execution
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing or e-commerce
- Proven experience owning and improving performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with at least one:
- Shopify
- Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Retail marketplaces
- Experience building automated
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Prior remote work experience
- Ability to work during US Central Time hours
