JOB OVERVIEW

We run a premium decorative lighting brand on Shopify with a global customer base. Email is a core revenue driver and we need the best Klaviyo operator available — not someone good, the best.
If you are still learning Klaviyo, please do not apply. If you have never directly driven significant revenue through email, please do not apply. We are not a training ground and we will not waste each other's time.

You are who we're looking for if:

- You have 3+ years owning Klaviyo end-to-end (you built the flows yourself, not supervised someone else)
- You can name the exact revenue impact you've had on past brands — percentage of store revenue, recovery rates, CVR lifts
- You live inside the data and produce reports without being asked
- You have handled deliverability issues, not just avoided them
- SMS is part of your toolkit, not something you've "looked into"


The role covers:
Full flow architecture, campaign calendar, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, SMS, and weekly revenue reporting. You own the channel. No handholding.

Write your 90-day action plan. Be specific — name the flows you'd build first and why, how you'd approach segmentation, what you'd fix in deliverability, and what KPIs you'd target by day 30, 60, and 90.
