Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager

Results-driven Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager with extensive experience building and scaling performance-driven creator ecosystems across DTC and eCommerce brands. Proven track record managing six-figure monthly budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth through influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and paid amplification strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute full-funnel influencer marketing strategies aligned with CAC, LTV, and subscription growth targets.

Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: sourcing, vetting, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, and performance analysis.

Oversee micro, mid-tier, and macro influencer activations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Scale campaigns from seeding and gifting to high-volume paid activations (50+ influencers/month).

Affiliate Program Development

Build and optimize affiliate programs using platforms such as UpPromote, ShareASale, Impact, or TikTok Shop.

Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates.

Implement commission tiers, performance bonuses, and incentive structures to maximize GMV.

Monitor ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Whitelisting & Paid Media Amplification

Structure and execute influencer whitelisting campaigns (Meta & TikTok).

Negotiate usage rights and paid media permissions.

Collaborate with paid media teams to optimize creatives for ROAS, CTR, and CPA.

Analyze ad performance data to identify winning hooks, formats, and creators for scaling.

Budget & Performance Management

Manage monthly influencer budgets ranging from $30K–$250K+.

Forecast spend and revenue impact across influencer and affiliate channels.

Track key KPIs: EMV, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, subscription retention, and LTV.

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead influencer coordinators, UGC managers, and analysts.

Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, Retention, and Product teams.

Develop SOPs and scalable workflows for influencer and affiliate operations.

Ensure brand alignment and premium content standards across all deliverables.
