About The Role
The Door Centre Galway is a fast-growing Irish showroom and joinery business receiving a high daily volume of enquiries through Meta ads, WhatsApp, phone, and website leads.
We are hiring a full-time HubSpot Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of our CRM, lead flow, automation, and sales coordination so our showroom closers can focus on selling.
You will act as the operational controller behind our sales system.

Core Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Ownership
• Manage HubSpot daily as the central sales operations platform
• Maintain pipelines, deal stages, and ownership rules
• Monitor incoming leads and ensure fast first contact
• Maintain high data quality and structured CRM processes
• Prevent duplicate contacts and stale deals
Lead Flow & Coordination
• Review incoming leads fro
• Send approved WhatsApp/email first-touch messages
• Qualify enquiries (homeowner vs builder/trade)
• Assign leads to the correct sales closer
• Ensure follow-ups are scheduled and completed
Automation & Workflow Management
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, sequences, and task automation
• Improve response speed and conversion processes
• Support WhatsApp integration within HubSpot
• Suggest improvements to our sales systems
Sales Operations Support
• Identify stalled deals and notify the sales team
• Track pipeline health and activity
• Provide simple weekly reporting to management

What This Role Is NOT
• You will NOT be responsible for closing sales
• You will NOT negotiate pricing or speak technically about products
• You will NOT run marketing campaigns or social media
Your focus is CRM operations, lead coordination, and sales structure.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven hands-on experience managing HubSpot for a sales-driven business
• Strong understanding of Deals, Contacts, Companies, Pipelines, and Workflows
• Experience supporting or coordinating active sales teams
• Ability to manage high lead volumes daily
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership

• Sales Operations / Revenue Operations background
• Experience in construction, home improvement, retail, or trade environments

Compensation
Full-time remote position with competitive salary based on proven HubSpot Sales Operations experience.
Expected range: ph55,000 – ph85,000 per month depending on seniority and hands-on HubSpot expertise.
($1000 - $1500)
This is a long-term role with a growing Irish business — not a short-term VA position.
