HomeLogic Healthcare, a leading pediatric home care agency, is seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter with strong background in administrative healthcare tasks, particularly in requesting and obtaining medical records and documentation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating communication with healthcare providers, assisting in the recruitment of qualified nurses, and supporting the overall administrative operations of our agency. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Due to the nature of this work, we will not consider candidates with another job during the hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Records and Documentation:

Request, obtain, and organize client medical records and documentation from hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare providers.
Communicate with healthcare professionals via phone and email to ensure timely and accurate receipt of necessary records and documentation.
Ensure all records are handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Nurse Recruitment and Staffing:

Assist in attracting and recruiting qualified nurses for pediatric home care positions.
Screen, interview, and coordinate with prospective nursing candidates to match them with the specific needs of our pediatric clients.
Maintain an active database of nursing candidates and manage their credentials.
Collaborate with the staffing team to ensure that staffing requirements are met promptly and effectively.
Administrative Duties:

General administrative tasks, including organizing, filing, and managing medical records and other related documentation.
Create and manage spreadsheets to track and monitor client information, staffing data, and other important metrics.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for internal staff, clients, and healthcare providers.



Required:
A Bachelor's degree is required. (Nursing Preferred)
Previous experience in administrative healthcare settings, especially in requesting and obtaining medical records.
Excellent phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with hospitals, medical clinics, and healthcare providers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Preferred:
Nursing experience (or healthcare background) is highly preferred but not required.
Previous experience in healthcare staffing recruitment is a plus.
Experience with social media management and marketing is an asset.
Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite) are a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client and patient information.
