JOB OVERVIEW

This is a senior role. We cannot train you in Meta ads, GoHighLevel, tracking, or strategy. You must already be able to do this work at a high level and bring your full expertise from day one. We provide access, the offer, clinical guidance, and fast decisions — you provide the plan, the build, and the results. If you are still learning Meta ads or GoHighLevel, this is not the right role for you.

ABOUT US
Evolution Health is a cash-pay medical clinic in Washington State, USA (not a med spa). We offer medically guided weight loss, women's and men's hormone replacement therapy, T-Shape 2 body contouring, and Neogen skin regeneration, plus telehealth across Washington. Our patients are mostly women 40–60 who feel exhausted and dismissed by other providers. Our tone is warm and evidence-led — never pushy or salesy.

THE ROLE
We're bringing marketing in-house. You will own our patient acquisition system: build it from the ground up, run it, and expand it as it proves itself. You will work independently, make recommendations, and push back when something won't work. This is NOT a VA or assistant role — we already have admin support.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build our HIPAA-enabled GoHighLevel CRM: pipeline, lead-source tracking, automations, 7-day follow-up
- Build and tune an AI text assistant for instant 24/7 lead response and booking, with strict handoff of all medical questions to our clinical staff
- Plan, launch and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns: strategy, creative (video + static in Canva), copy, targeting
- Tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, GA4 — booked and showed appointments must flow back to Meta
- Weekly report: spend, leads, booked, showed, cost per showed patient, and what you're testing next

HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS
Showed patients — not leads, not clicks.
- Day 30 (paid trial): CRM live with AI first response + follow-up, tracking sending bookings/shows to Meta, campaigns live, weekly reporting started
- Day 60: at least 15 showed patients per month at a lower cost per showed patient than our current baseline

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (no exceptions)
- 3+ years managing Meta ads yourself, with proof of $3,000+/month spend
- Proven results for local service businesses — medical clinic, med spa, aesthetics, dental, or wellness strongly preferred
- Hands-on GoHighLevel builds you did yourself (pipelines, workflows, AI/conversation tools) — not just using a system someone else built
- Can explain Meta's health advertising rules (personal attributes policy, prescription drug ad restrictions) and how you set up Conversions API
- Live screen-share walkthrough of an ad account and a GoHighLevel account you currently manage
- At least 4 hours daily overlap with US Pacific business hours
- Natural, warm American English in writing

NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Evolution Health owns every ad account, pixel, audience, CRM, creative asset and all data. You are added as a user/partner — never an owner.
- Signed contractor agreement (IP assignment, confidentiality, HIPAA) before any access
- No patient information on personal devices or personal accounts
- No guaranteed results or ROAS promises — show us real numbers instead
