JOB OVERVIEW

**Hours:** Full-time, Eastern Time (Canada) aligned. You must attend a short live daily team huddle in the ET morning (roughly 9:00–10:00pm Philippine time) plus at least 4 hours of working overlap with Eastern Time. This is an evening shift by Philippine hours; please only apply if that schedule genuinely works for you long-term.

**About the role**
Canadian digital marketing agency operating on Eastern Time (8 retained clients: home services, real estate, health/wellness) seeks a senior creative producer to own our monthly content engine:

- Monthly social media calendars: ~8 designed posts + 4 short video reels per client, per month, across 8 brands
- Facebook/Instagram ad creative and monthly refreshes
- Landing page and web page design
- Print collateral: brochures, business cards, banners, event materials
- Brand asset work: logos, colour systems, templates
- Whitepaper/document design, email graphics, simple animation

**Requirements**
- 3+ years of agency or multi-brand design experience with a strong portfolio (social + ads + web or print)
- Solid design craft: expert in Canva and/or Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/CapCut for reels)
- Experience with Meta Business Suite / social schedulers
- Excellent written English; you'll write short captions and communicate in ClickUp daily
- One of the following (either is enough):
- Hands-on AI production experience (ChatGPT, Gemini, agentic tools like Manus, AI video tools like Higgsfield)
- Strong learning ability and genuine enthusiasm for AI tools — we will train you on our full stack, and our current producer learned it from zero. In your application, tell us about the fastest you've learned a new tool and how
- Bonus: Claude Code, automation building, or any experience wiring AI tools into a production pipeline
- Reliable internet, own equipment, comfortable on camera for team calls
