Hello! We are a luxury bedding brand based in the United
States. We are hiring a talented full-time graphic designer and photo
retoucher to join our team long-term. This is a stable, growing role
with opportunity for raises and bonuses based on performance.
ABOUT OUR BRAND:
We sell premium bedding, bath towels, and homegoods with sophisticated
embroidery details. Quality, elegance, and
brand consistency are extremely important to us.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will be our dedicated creative resource for ALL visual content.
Product Photography Retouching:
- Retouch product photos to luxury editorial standards
- Remove backgrounds and composite products onto branded backdrops
- Change embroidery colors to create different product colorways
- Color correct and match consistency across our entire product line
- Smooth fabric, enhance dimension, add directional lighting
- Preserve product accuracy especially embroidery and decorative details
- Use AI tools like Magnific, Photoroom, and Photoshop, Illustrator
Marketing Creative (about 50% of your time):
- Design Instagram and
- Create Instagram Stories, Reels covers, and feed posts
- Design website banners and collection page graphics
- Build
- Adapt one creative concept across many formats (square, vertical, story)
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing creative
- Build template systems for fast ongoing production
REQUIRED SKILLS (Must Have):
- 4 or more years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert Photoshop (advanced masking, channels, retouching, compositing)
- Strong Adobe Illustrator for vector work
- Figma proficiency
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Experience designing Meta and Instagram ads
- Multi-format adaptation skills
- Color correction expertise (Curves, Levels, Selective Color)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written English communication
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Portfolio showing luxury or premium brand work
BONUS SKILLS (Nice to Have):
- Experience with AI tools (Magnific, Generative Fill, Photoroom, Midjourney)
- Video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)
- Motion graphics for social media
- Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Shopify familiarity
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- We need 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time
- Flexible on exact schedule, we can discuss what works for you
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- $800 to $1200 USD per month based on experience and portfolio
- Annual performance bonus based on results
- Salary review after 90 days

3. Test project - Color change and masking expertise plus one Instagram ad design
5. Job offer with 30-day paid trial at full salary
