JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer (5+ years experience) with strong expertise in brand packaging design and solid experience in creating static creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

This role is ideal for a designer who excels in packaging and brand identity, while also being capable of producing performance-ready ad creatives to support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of brand packaging projects from concept to final production
Develop visually compelling and market-ready packaging designs aligned with brand identity
Create static creatives for Meta Ads to support marketing campaigns
Ensure consistency across brand assets, including packaging and digital materials
Collaborate with marketing and media teams to align creatives with campaign goals
Apply feedback and iterate designs based on performance insights and brand direction
Prepare final files for both print (packaging) and digital platforms
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (Senior level)
Proven expertise in brand packaging design (this is a MUST)
Strong portfolio showcasing packaging work and digital/static ad creatives
Experience creating static designs for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar tools
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Knowledge of print production, packaging dielines, and file preparation
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
