Senior Graphic Designer — Amazon Creatives & Video (Long-Term)

We are Goodcommerce, a German consumer-products company. We run five
brands on Amazon across Europe: fine stainless-steel jewellery, men's
accessory sets, preserved botanicals, and two design-led kids' toy
brands.

We are looking for one senior designer to own our visual output
long-term. Not per project, not for a few months. We would rather
find the right person once and keep them for years.

Two things before you read on, because they save us both time:

- There is NO unpaid test task. If your portfolio and your answers
convince us, we go straight to a video call. We think asking
designers to work for free is a bad way to start a relationship.
- We do read every application properly. But we only read the ones
that follow the format at the bottom.

WHAT YOU WOULD OWN

- Amazon gallery images: infographics, feature callouts, size and
scale visuals
- A+ Content modules: brand story, comparison charts, lifestyle
modules
- Ad creatives for Sponsored Brands
- Short product videos for listings — editing and light motion
graphics. We supply raw footage and product shots
- Keeping five brands visually consistent as our catalogue grows

You would be the only designer on our brands. Your work goes live and
directly moves our sales. Nobody will hand you a template to fill in.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are being specific on purpose. We would rather get twenty good
applications than two hundred generic ones.

You design for the customer, not for other designers. Our images are
judged at thumbnail size on a phone, in a search result, next to
fifteen competitors. Beautiful but unreadable is a fail for us. If
you have ever argued with someone about where the eye goes first in
an image, we will get along.

You can follow a brand guideline exactly. We have a written guideline
per brand — exact hex codes, exact fonts, defined image world. Exact
means exact. We recently had a designer recolour one of our logos
because he thought it looked better that way. That is the single
fastest way to not get this job.

You work independently. We give you the guideline, logo vectors,
product photos and a brief. We do not want to explain the basics
every week.

You tell us early. If something will be late, we want to know two
days before, not on the deadline. That alone puts you ahead of most
people.

REQUIRED
- 3+ years professional graphic design, with real e-commerce or
marketplace work — Amazon strongly preferred
- Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator
- Video editing at listing-video level: Premiere or After Effects
- Written English good enough for detailed briefs and feedback
- Reliable internet, your own computer, and a quiet place to work

NICE TO HAVE — tell us if you have it, but it is not required
- Print-ready packaging: dielines, CMYK, bleed, prepress
- Amazon Seller Central experience
- Jewellery or kids' product categories

WHAT WE OFFER
- $1,000 - $1,300 per month, depending on what you can show us.
Paid monthly via Wise, on the same date every month, on time
- Full-time and long-term. We are building a team, not filling a gap
- 13th month pay
- 15 days paid leave per year plus Philippine holidays
- No night shifts. We only need you online between 2 PM and 6 PM
Manila time. The rest of your day is yours to organise
- A salary review after 6 months, and again after 12
- Real ownership of the work, and honest feedback instead of silence
