# Senior Graphic Designer — Full-Time Remote

**Location:** Philippines — Remote
**Position:** Full-Time
**Compensation:** $1,500–$2,000 USD/month, based on experience and portfolio
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday with some overlap with U.S. Central Time
**Long-term position**

We are looking for an exceptional **Senior Graphic Designer** to become a long-term member of our creative and marketing team.

This is not a virtual assistant position and we are not looking for someone who simply creates graphics from Canva templates.

We want a designer with excellent visual taste who can take a brand, understand its personality, and create polished marketing materials that look intentional, premium, and consistent.

You will work across several established brands in the **health & wellness, pet, lifestyle, and consumer-product industries**.

## What You’ll Design

Projects will include:

* Social media graphics
* Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising creative
* Marketing campaigns
* Website graphics
* Landing-page assets
* Email marketing graphics
* Presentation decks
* Digital brochures and PDFs
* Product marketing materials
* Infographics
* Brand assets and templates
* Sales and educational materials
* Other digital creative projects across multiple brands

You will often receive a concept, copy, photos, and brand direction — and we expect you to turn those ingredients into something excellent.

We want someone who can **think creatively**, not someone who needs every design decision explained.

## What We're Looking For

You should have:

* 5+ years of professional graphic-design experience
* A strong professional portfolio
* Excellent typography skills
* Strong understanding of hierarchy, spacing, composition, and color
* Experience working within established brand guidelines
* Ability to work across multiple brands without making them all look the same
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written English
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Comfortable receiving creative feedback and making revisions quickly

## Software Skills

Strong experience with:

* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe InDesign
* Canva
* Figma

Experience with **video editing or motion graphics is a plus, but it is not required for this position.**

Experience with any of the following is helpful:

* Adobe Premiere Pro
* After Effects
* CapCut
* AI image-generation/design tools
* AI-assisted creative workflows

We are actively incorporating AI into our marketing and creative processes, so we are especially interested in designers who see AI as a tool that can make great designers even better.

## The Designer We're Looking For

You probably enjoy looking at great branding and advertising outside of work.

You notice when typography is slightly wrong.

You understand that premium design often means knowing what **not** to add.

You can look at an existing brand and quickly understand what belongs — and what doesn't.

And when someone gives you a rough concept, your instinct is to make it substantially better.

## What This Position Is NOT

This is not:

* A VA position with occasional graphic design
* A Canva-template production job
* A short-term freelance project
* A position where you will only execute exact instructions

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our creative team for the long term.

## Compensation

Starting compensation is expected to be approximately:

**$1,500–$2,000 USD per month**

Final compensation will depend on experience, portfolio quality, creative ability, and skill set.

Exceptional candidates may have opportunities for increased compensation and responsibility over time.

## Paid Design Test

Final candidates will be invited to complete a **small paid design assignment**.

Every finalist will receive the same brief so we can evaluate:

* Creative thinking
* Visual taste
* Typography
* Brand interpretation
* Attention to detail
* Ability to follow a brief

We do not ask candidates to complete extensive unpaid design work.
