About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create polished, high-quality creative across Rentvine’s marketing channels.

This is a high-volume, hands-on design role primarily focused on static graphic design, including social media, digital ads, email, print, events, sales collateral, and other marketing assets.

You’ll regularly manage multiple creative requests and projects at once, so we’re looking for someone who can work efficiently without sacrificing design quality.

Web design is a secondary responsibility, with occasional support for landing pages, website updates, and other digital experiences.

We maintain a high creative standard and are looking for someone who can take projects from brief to final production with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Do

* Design high-quality assets for social media, digital ads, email, print, events, presentations, sales materials, and other marketing needs
* Manage a high volume of creative requests across multiple projects and deadlines
* Develop original design concepts and campaign visuals
* Translate creative briefs and marketing goals into strong visual solutions
* Maintain a consistent and elevated brand identity across channels
* Support website and landing-page design when needed
* Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
* Manage projects, priorities, and deadlines in ----------
* Keep design files and project documentation organized
* Communicate project status, questions, and roadblocks proactively
* Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
* Identify opportunities to improve and evolve the Rentvine brand

Qualifications

* 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating polished digital and print work
* Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling
* Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, email, print, events, and sales collateral
* Web design experience, including responsive websites and landing pages
* Ability to create original concepts rather than relying heavily on templates
* Ability to manage multiple projects and high-volume design requests
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to visual quality
* Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
* Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated working style
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working effectively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

* Experience working within and evolving an established brand
* Experience developing campaign concepts across multiple channels
* Knowledge of UX, conversion-focused design, and digital best practices
* Basic motion graphics, animation, or video-editing experience

Design Test

Selected candidates will be asked to complete a short, unpaid design exercise on their own time as part of the interview process.

The exercise is intended to evaluate design quality, creative thinking, and brand interpretation. The exercise is for candidate evaluation only and submitted work will not be published or used commercially.
