Location: Work From Home (Philippines) — US Pacific Time hours
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
Strideline is looking for a Senior Designer to work directly with our Creative Director on high-level marketing and client-facing initiatives for our Promotional Products division. You'll be the go-to designer for our best opportunities, and over time take on more client-facing and brand-defining work.

Responsibilities:

Design custom apparel products (socks, beanies, scarves) to the highest aesthetic standard on the team
Build line sheets, presentation decks, and flyers for client pitches and high-opportunity accounts
Design custom packaging dielines and develop 3D models for custom packaging concepts
Serve as a client-facing design lead — presenting concepts, gathering feedback, maintaining brand consistency across deliverables
Work directly with the Creative Director on design strategy and major client opportunities

Requirements:

5+ years of professional design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with SketchUp and KeyShot for 3D modeling and rendering
Premiere Pro experience is a plus
Proven experience with custom packaging design (dielines and 3D concepts)
Excellent communication and comprehension — you'll be client-facing and need to translate feedback precisely
Precise, meticulous approach to production-ready detail
Strong portfolio demonstrating both product design and client-facing deliverables (decks, line sheets, packaging)
