JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly experienced Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple creative projects with ease? Do you have a keen eye for branding and can design stunning visuals for social media, print, websites, and email marketing? If so, MC Creative Group wants YOU!

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into eye-catching designs quickly and efficiently while maintaining brand consistency across various platforms. You’ll work closely with our social media, web design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative content for a wide range of U.S.-based clients.

What You’ll Do
• Design for Multiple Platforms — Create scroll-stopping graphics for social media, print, websites, email marketing, and more.
• Website & UI Mockups — Design website layouts and UI/UX mockups in Figma that translate into high-performing sites.
• Brand Consistency — Adapt designs to match each client’s unique branding while maintaining high creative standards.
• Collaborate & Execute — Work closely with our marketing and social media teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Multi-Task Like a Pro — Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a high-speed agency environment.
• Format & Optimize — Ensure all graphics are properly sized and formatted for Facebook, Instagram, email, print, and web.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience — we need someone who can hit the ground running.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Figma or Adobe XD mastery for website and UI mockups.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based brands — understanding U.S. design trends is a must.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently — a self-starter who can problem-solve on the fly.
• Excellent organization and file management skills (OneDrive, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong attention to detail — you know the difference between great design and just okay.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for web-based design.
• Experience designing logos, business cards, and full branding packages.
