We believe high-end design increases perceived value, builds credibility, and strengthens every marketing touchpoint — from ads and landing pages to brand identity and content assets.
We work across a wide range of industries — including insurance, e-commerce, pizza franchises, online florists, childcare centres, restaurants, trailers, containers, luxury accommodation, yachts, coaching businesses and more.

Although we are based in Australia, this is a full-time remote position being recruited in South Africa and the Philippines.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (5+ years’ experience) who produces polished, high-end design and understands that creative work directly impacts commercial results.
This role is central to how our clients are perceived in their markets. Your work must elevate brand authority, increase perceived value, and support higher conversions across all marketing assets.
You will work across multiple clients and industries, helping us deliver both performance and award-level creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for high-quality creative output across our client portfolio, including:
• Brand identity design
• Logo development
• Website design
• High-converting landing page design
• Social media ad creative (Meta, Google, display)
• Organic social media content
• Content marketing assets (eBooks, lead magnets, downloadable guides)
• Presentation design (PowerPoint, pitch decks, proposals)
• Marketing materials across digital platforms
Your work must be strategically aligned, commercially effective, and visually refined.
Experience & Skills Required
• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished, premium, modern design
• Experience working across multiple industries and brand styles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)
• Comfortable using Canva when required
• Ability to design in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and format Excel sheets when necessary
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, hierarchy, and user experience
• Experience in performance marketing environments is highly advantageous
Award-winning experience is advantageous, but not essential. What matters most is your standard of work and ambition to create best-in-class design.
